Terms and Conditions

By booking with Travelula Destinations Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”), you (“client”, “traveler”) agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payments:

  • A booking is confirmed only after deposit/payment is received.
  • Balance must be paid before travel; otherwise, booking may be cancelled.
  • Payments should be made only to our official account.

2. Prices:

  • Prices are based on current rates/taxes and may change due to supplier or government revisions.

3. Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing.
  • Charges apply as per supplier policies.
  • Some bookings (e.g., flight tickets, visas, promotional offers) may be non-refundable.
  • Eligible refunds are processed within 14–30 working days.

4. Changes to Bookings:

  • Amendments are subject to availability and additional costs.
  • Not all services allow changes.

5. Responsibility:

  • We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport).
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or events beyond our control.
  • Clients must carry valid passports, visas, and documents.

6. Complaints:

Issues must be reported immediately during travel or by email to info@travelula.com within 7 days of trip completion.

7. Governing Law:

All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of [Your City], India courts only.
