1 : Cancellation by Traveler:

• More than 30 days before departure → Full refund minus service charges.
• 15–30 days before departure → 50% refund of the tour cost.
• Less than 15 days → No refund.

2. Cancellation by Company:

If Travelula Destinations Pvt. Ltd. cancels a tour due to unforeseen reasons, travelers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 14–30 working days after cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• No refunds for unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.
