Day-wise Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Amman

• Arrival at Queen Alia International Airport, Amman
• Meet & assist by our representative
• Transfer to hotel for check-in and rest
• Overnight stay in Amman

Day 2 – Amman City Tour & Desert Castles

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Explore Amman City: downtown highlights including Archaeological Museum, Folklore Museum, The Citadel, and Amphitheatre (Museums closed on Tuesday)
• Visit Eastern Desert Castles:
  • Al Kharraneh Castle
  • Amra Castle (UNESCO World Heritage Site)
  • Al Azraq Castle – residence of Lawrence of Arabia
• Overnight stay in Amman

Day 3 – Jerash & Ajloun

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Visit Jerash – “Pompeii of the East”, featuring colonnaded streets, temples, theatres, plazas, baths, fountains, and city walls
• Explore Ajloun Castle (Qal’at Ar-Rabad), a 12th-century Islamic fortress built by Saladin’s general
• Return to Amman and overnight stay

Day 4 – Madaba, Mount Nebo, Kerak & Transfer to Petra

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Depart via King’s Highway to Wadi Musa (Petra), visiting en route:
  • Madaba – famous for the 6th-century Mosaic Map and St. George’s Church
  • Mount Nebo – panoramic views of Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Jerusalem; site associated with Moses’ tomb
  • Kerak Castle – 12th-century Crusader fortress on a triangular plateau
• Arrival and check-in at Petra hotel
• Overnight stay in Petra

Day 5 – Petra Visit & Transfer to Wadi Rum

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Explore Petra, the Nabatean Red Rose City and UNESCO World Heritage Site:
  • Walk through the 1 km gorge flanked by 80m cliffs
  • See rock-cut tombs, the Treasury, Roman-style theatres, temples, altars, and colonnaded streets
• Continue to Wadi Rum in southern Jordan
• Dinner and overnight stay in Wadi Rum

Day 6 – Wadi Rum Jeep Ride & Dead Sea

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Wadi Rum Jeep Tour – 2 hours exploring the desert, known as the “Valley of the Moon”
• Continue to Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth and world’s richest source of natural salts
• Overnight stay at Dead Sea

Day 7 – Departure from Dead Sea / Amman

• Free time in the morning at Dead Sea
• Transfer to Queen Alia International Airport for onward journey (3.5 hours before flight)
