DAYWISE ITINERARY
DAY 1: Hanoi Arrival - Half-Day City Tour

Overnight:Hanoi
- Welcome to Hanoi, the vibrant capital of Vietnam, where ancient traditions blend harmoniously with modern influences. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by our friendly guide who will escort you to your hotel. After checking in, embark on a half-day city tour that encapsulates the essence of Hanoi.
- Start your exploration at Hoan Kiem Lake, a picturesque jewel in the heart of the city. Stroll along its scenic pathways while learning about its folklore, including the legendary tale of the Golden Turtle God. Don’t forget to visit Ngoc Son Temple, situated on an island amidst the lake, accessible via a charming wooden bridge.
- Next, experience the Old Quarter, a vibrant tapestry of streets characterized by distinct trades and handicrafts. Each street is named after the goods traditionally sold there, from silk to street food. Conclude your tour at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex. This monumental site includes Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum, where the father of modern Vietnam rests, and the surrounding lush gardens.
- Explore the intricate architecture of the Presidential Palace and the charming Ho Chi Minh's Stilt House, offering insights into his simple life during his leadership days.
- Return to your hotel for the night, where you can relax and prepare for the adventures that await.
DAY 2: Ninh Binh Day Trip with Hoa Lu & Tam Coc

- After a hearty breakfast, set off for an enriching day trip to Ninh Binh, often referred to as "Halong Bay on land." This stunning area is known for its dramatic limestone karsts and serene landscapes. Begin the day with a visit to Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam during the 10th century. Explore the temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, two important figures in Vietnamese history. Stroll through this historically significant site, absorbing the reverence and beauty of the surroundings.
- Following this, enjoy a tranquil boat ride in Tam Coc, a breathtaking locale along the Ngo Dong River. As you glide through the emerald waters surrounded by towering limestone formations, take in the lush green rice paddies and witness the local farmers at work. This experience is often complemented by the sight of the intriguing caves that make Tam Coc special. After a fulfilling day in Ninh Binh, return to Hanoi for an overnight stay and rest well for the next day's adventure.
DAY 3: Halong Bay Day Cruise - Shared Basis

Overnight: Hanoi
- 8.45-9.15: Get picked up at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quater/ Opera House to depart Halong Bay
- Our journey follows Hanoi – Haiphong- Tuan Chau Highway (about a 2.5-hour drive)
- 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, get on the boat to start the excursion discovering the beauty of the world heritage site
- 12:30: Enjoy set menu lunch on the boat with many special dishes of Halong. While having lunch, you all can see the beautiful scenery on both sides with thousands of limestone such as Fighting Chicken and Incense Buner Islets – 2 symbols of Halong Bay
- 14.00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island, and you will visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave with a lot of stalagmites and stalactites
- 14.45: Do kayaking or bamboo boat through Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon.
- 15.15: Visit TiTop Island with its sandy beach. You can go swimming here or trek up to the top of the island for sightseeing all of Halong bay
- 16.00: Back to the boat for the sunset party (some wine, fruits, and biscuits) meanwhile the boat is cruising back to the harbor
- 17.45: Arrive back at the harbor. Get on the bus and return to Hanoi
- 20:30: Get dropped off at the hotel.

DAY 4: Hanoi Departure - Saigon Arrival - Half-Day City Tour

- After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Hanoi and prepare for your journey to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam's bustling southern metropolis. Upon arrival, meet your guide for a half-day city tour to uncover the historical and cultural richness of this vibrant city. Begin at the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon, an architectural marvel built during the French colonial period. Just a short walk away, you will find the Central Post Office, a stunning example of French colonial architecture featuring beautiful stained glass and intricate details. Next, visit the Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification Palace, which serves as a poignant symbol of the city’s turbulent history. Explore its vast grounds and learn about the events that led to the end of the Vietnam War. Conclude your tour at the War Remnants Museum, where you can gain insight into the impact of the Vietnam War through poignant exhibits and photographs. Witness the resilience of the Vietnamese people and reflect on the importance of peace and friendship. After the tour, check into your hotel for an overnight stay in Saigon.
DAY 5: Cu Chi Tunnels - Mekong Delta

- On this day, rise early for an excursion to the Cu Chi Tunnels, an expansive underground network used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War. Explore this fascinating site, where you will learn about the ingenious construction of the tunnels, hidden traps, and the daily lives of the soldiers who used them. Following your exploration of Cu Chi, you will head to the Mekong Delta, a vast river delta known for its lush landscapes and vibrant culture. Embark on a boat ride along the Mekong River, visiting local villages and markets.
- Engage with the locals, sample tropical fruits, and enjoy the serene beauty of life along the river. After a full day of exploration, return to Saigon for an overnight stay.
DAY 6: Shopping - Departure

- On your final day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast before indulging in some retail therapy. Explore the bustling Ben Thanh Market, renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, handicrafts, textiles, and delicious street food. This is the perfect opportunity to pick up souvenirs and gifts for friends and family. As your tour comes to a close, relax and reflect on the unforgettable experiences captured in your journey through Vietnam. Afterward, depending on your departure time, our guide will assist you with your transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
