Day Wise Itinerary

Day 01: Guwahati - Shillong (via Umiam Lake)

• Arrival at Guwahati Airport and transfer to Shillong, popularly called the “Scotland of the East” (approx. 100 km / 3 hrs). En route, visit Umiam Lake (Barapani) and enjoy optional speed boating. Later, visit Don Bosco Museum, Cathedral Church, Lady Hydari Park, and Ward’s Lake.
• Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 02: Shillong - Cherrapunjee

• After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee. En route visit Shillong Peak (extra cost due to taxi union) and the famous Elephant Falls. On arrival at Cherrapunjee, explore Mawkdok Dympep Valley View Point, Dainthlen Falls, Wei Sawdong, and Mawsmai Cave.
• Overnight stay at Cherrapunjee.

Day 03: Cherrapunjee Sightseeing

• After breakfast, enjoy a full day excursion covering Seven Sisters Waterfall, Eco Park, Nohkalikai Falls, Arwah Cave, Wah-Kaba Falls, and Garden of Caves.
• Overnight stay at Cherrapunjee.

Day 04: Cherrapunjee -Mawlynnong -Dawki

• After breakfast, proceed to Mawlynnong, awarded the title of “Cleanest Village in Asia.” Explore the Living Root Bridge, Balancing Rock, and Sky Viewpoint (Nohwet). Savor a traditional lunch in the village. Later, continue to Dawki and visit the crystal-clear Umngot River. Enjoy optional boating before check-in.
• Overnight stay at Dawki.

Day 05: Dawki - Krang Suri Waterfalls - Shillong (via Jowai)

• After breakfast, enjoy adventure activities (optional: kayaking, boating, ziplining, cliff jumping) before visiting Krang Suri Waterfalls, famous for its turquoise waters and natural pools. En route to Shillong, visit Tyrshi Falls in Jowai.
• Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 06: Shillong Excursion (Laitlum Canyon & Mawphlang Sacred Forest)

• After breakfast, visit Laitlum Canyon, a spectacular gorge offering breathtaking views and optional trekking trails. Continue to Mawphlang to explore the Sacred Forest, rich in biodiversity and steeped in Khasi traditions. Return to Shillong.
• Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 07: Shillong - Guwahati (Departure)

• After breakfast, check out and drive to Guwahati. Visit the famous Kamakhya Temple before transfer to the airport/railway station for onward journey.
• Trip ends with beautiful memories of Meghalaya!
