Day-wise Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar & Srinagar Sightseeing

Arrive at Srinagar Airport, where our friendly local representative will welcome you. Transfer to your hotel, check in, and freshen up for a day of sightseeing.

Explore the beautiful Mughal Gardens:

• Chashme Shahi Garden – a charming spring garden with fountains and flowers.
• Pari Mahal – the historic “Fairy Palace” with panoramic views of Dal Lake.
• Nishat Bagh – a terraced garden offering stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Next, visit Shankaracharya Temple, perched on a hill for breathtaking views of Srinagar city and Dal Lake. Stop at Hazratbal Shrine, a peaceful mosque on the lake’s edge. Later, wander through the local markets to shop for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts, pashmina shawls, and souvenirs.

Return to your hotel in the evening for overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2: Sonmarg Day Trip – Gateway to Ladakh

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Sonmarg, famously called the Gateway to Ladakh. Enjoy snow-covered mountains and valleys along the way.

Optional activities (at your own cost):

• Visit Thajwas Glacier on horseback – snow remains here all year.
• Explore Zero Point, about 25 km from Sonmarg (requires hiring a local taxi, as our cab cannot go there).

Return to Srinagar in the evening for overnight stay.

Day 3: Gulmarg Excursion – Meadow of Flowers

Today, travel to Gulmarg, known as the Meadow of Flowers, surrounded by lush green meadows and snow-capped mountains.

Optional activities (at your own cost):

• Gulmarg Gondola Ride – enjoy panoramic views from one of the highest cable cars in the world.
• Skiing or snow fun – perfect for adventure lovers.

Stay overnight in Gulmarg to soak in the beauty of the meadows and mountains.

Day 4: Pahalgam – Valley of Shepherds

After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, known as the Valley of Shepherds. On the way, stop at:

• Saffron Gardens – witness the famous Kashmiri saffron fields.
• Awantipora Ruins – explore ancient temple ruins steeped in history.
• Apple Orchards – enjoy the sight of lush orchards laden with fruit.

Optional sightseeing (at your own cost):

• Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, Chandanwari – stunning spots for photography, nature walks, and short treks.

Overnight stay in Pahalgam, enjoying the serene environment.

Day 5: Return to Srinagar & Shikara Ride

After breakfast, transfer back to Srinagar. In the evening, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, gliding past floating gardens and traditional wooden houseboats. Take in the serene atmosphere and capture beautiful sunset photos.

Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 6: Departure from Srinagar

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Srinagar Airport to catch your onward flight.
