DAYWISE ITINERARY
Day 1 – Arrival & Yerevan Highlights
- Arrive at Zvartnots International Airport where our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Yerevan.
- Begin your exploration with a visit to the Cascade Complex, a monumental limestone stairway showcasing contemporary art and offering panoramic city views.
- Continue to the Opera House and elegant North Avenue, followed by a stroll around Republic Square, the lively heart of the city.
- Discover the Blue Mosque, a beautifully preserved 18th-century landmark, and explore the Matenadaran Museum, home to priceless ancient manuscripts from Armenia, Greece, and Persia.
- In the evening, check in to your hotel for an overnight stay in Yerevan.
Day 2 – Garni, Symphony of Stones & Lake Sevan
- After breakfast, drive out of the city to enjoy sweeping views from the Arch of Charents, a popular viewpoint framing Mount Ararat.
- Continue to the Garni Fortress and the Temple of Garni, the only surviving pagan temple in Armenia dating back to the 1st century AD.
- Witness the dramatic Symphony of Stones, a natural volcanic basalt rock formation in Garni village.
- Later, proceed to Lake Sevan, often called the “Pearl of Armenia,” set 1,900 meters above sea level and the largest lake in the Caucasus.
- Return to Yerevan for overnight stay.
Day 3 – Khor Virap & Areni Winery
- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before setting off to the Khor Virap Monastery, a historic site overlooking Mount Ararat, where Armenia’s conversion to Christianity began in 301 AD.
- Continue to Areni Winery, one of Armenia’s oldest wine regions, where you can indulge in wine tasting and learn about centuries-old winemaking traditions.
- Return to Yerevan for your final overnight stay.
Day 4 – Departure
- After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Zvartnots International Airport for your onward journey, carrying cherished memories of Armenia’s landscapes and heritage.
