DAYWISE ITINERARY

Day 1 – Arrival & Yerevan City Tour

• Arrive at Zvartnots International Airport, where our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. Begin your tour with the Cascade Complex, a giant limestone stairway featuring modern art and city views. Stroll past the Opera House and along North Avenue, before arriving at Republic Square, Yerevan’s central hub.
• Visit the historic Blue Mosque, then enjoy a walk down Saryan Street and the newly developed city parks.
• Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Yerevan.

 

Day 2 – Amberd Fortress & Alphabet Alley

• After breakfast, drive into the Aragatsotn region. Explore the legendary Amberd Fortress, a medieval stone stronghold with a church, dramatically located at 2,300m above sea level—often referred to as the “fortress in the clouds.” Continue to Alphabet Alley, where giant stone letters celebrate Armenia’s unique script, offering a memorable walk and photo opportunity.
• Return to Yerevan for overnight stay.

 

Day 3 – Arch of Charents, Garni Temple & Symphony of Stones

• Start the day with a stop at the Arch of Charents, a viewpoint offering stunning panoramas of Mount Ararat. Proceed to the Garni Fortress and the Temple of Garni, a 1st-century AD pagan temple dedicated to the Sun God, standing as a rare relic of pre-Christian Armenia.
• Nearby, marvel at the Symphony of Stones, a dramatic natural volcanic basalt formation resembling organ pipes.
• Return to Yerevan for overnight stay.

 

Day 4 – Tsaghkadzor & Lake Sevan

• After breakfast, visit the Kecharis Monastery, founded in the 11th century by the noble Pahlavuni princes.
• Continue to Tsaghkadzor, a picturesque mountain resort where you can take the ropeway for breathtaking alpine views (optional: thrilling zip line ride). Later, drive to Lake Sevan, the “Pearl of Armenia,” one of the world’s largest high-altitude freshwater lakes and the largest in the Caucasus.
